    Discover the benefits of owning a property at Arlberg Chalets, ideally located near the Austrian Arlberg Ski Region, home to the famous resorts of St. Anton and Lech am Arlberg. The project has Second Home Status, a rare privilege in Vorarlberg and Austria, allowing owners to use their property privately without rental obligation or usage restrictions.

    Arlberg Chalets is located in the charming village of Wald am Arlberg (963 m) in the Klostertal Valley. From here you have quick access to Stuben and the wider Arlberg ski area, one of Europe’s largest with over 340 km of ski runs and excellent après-ski.

    In summer, there are 800km of walking trails and many lifts open for hikers, several high-altitude lakes which are perfect for fishing and hundreds of km of biking trails. All this and Lake Constance is only 30 minutes away, offering a whole host of water sports and access by boat to the beautiful towns scattered around the lake.

    Located in the charming alpine village of Wald am Arlberg, The Arlberg Chalets offers the ideal getaway for long ski seasons and active summer holidays. The resort will be built on a 10.000m2 south facing plot offering a range of onsite facilities and stunning views down the Klösterle Valley.

    Within a couple of minutes ride from the project Sonnekopf Gondola takes you up to the family friendly ski area of Sonnenkopf / Klostertal with its ideal wide runs for beginners. Alternatively you drive 10 minutes further down the valley to arrive in Stuben, your entrance into the vast and world renowned Arlberg ski region offering 340km of ski slopes and 180km of deep snow runs. From Stuben you can ski South East into the direction of Sankt Anton am Arlberg or choose to go North East in the direction of Zurs and Lech am Arlberg. Either way, you will have unlimited possibilities to choose whatever type of runs you prefer.

    The closest airports are Innsbruck in Austria and Friedrichshafen in Germany, both approximately 1 hour drives away. You can also fly to Zurich or Munich from which a transfer will take 1,5 and 2 hours. If you prefer not to drive you can take the train to Langen am Arlberg which is 5 minutes away from the resort. There is a free bus shuttle from the train station to the Arlberg
