Le Chardon is a new residence located in the hamlet of La Legettaz, only 10 minutes from the center of the famous resort of Val d'Isère. The hamlet is located in a natural, rejuvenating area, ideal for this program with its traditional Savoyard architecture.

With its sculpted balconies combining cut stone and typical larch wood, its large windows and southern exposure, everything is designed to allow you to enjoy pleasant moments with your family or friends. Located on the edge of the forest and the ski area, Le Chardon allows its residents to access the slopes on their skis.

Between the aesthetics of the traditional exterior facades and the designer interiors with high-end amenities, Le Chardon is an exclusive and unique new program. In addition to being spacious and voluminous, the properties, ranging from four-bedroom apartments to entire cottages, are very bright thanks to their large bay windows. The properties have balconies and terraces with southern exposure, offering a great view of the Manchet valley and the surrounding mountains.

Collective or private ski-rooms as well as basement garages complete the range of services.

The resort retains its village spirit thanks to a historic center organized around a main street full of stores, bars and restaurants with local specialties as well as an 11th century baroque church.
