SO PURE, is a brand new release Méribel-Mottaret located in the Laitelet area. Méribel-Mottaret is the real heart of the 3 Valleys, the largest ski area in the world. The project will of 26 apartments, ranging between 1- and 4 bedrooms over 3 chalets, with stunning views over the surrounding mountains.  Situated in the upper part of Laitelet, very close to Le Hameau, SO PURE will offer a easy access to the slopes, shops and restaurants.

Using traditional 3 Valley materials of wood and stone, the residence fits seamlessly into the environment. Méribel has always favoured the respect of tradition when it came to architecture. Very early, the resort has set a thorough architectural charter that banned modern full-concrete buildings to favour wood-and-stone chalet designs. It also required new constructions to remain lower than an adult fir tree to perfectly blend in the valley landscape. SO PURE persists with this chalet spirit by offering small residences that use wood and stone as main material whilst treating them with modernity.

The project will be delivered in 2 phases : Chalets A and B in December 2021 and chalet C in December 2022.

With an average of €12.400 per sqm in a resort where property prices range from €15,000 to €30,000, these properties are very competitively priced, especially when you take into account its exceptional location and finishes.

Located in the Three Valleys, the world-famous resort of Méribel is located in the centre of the ski domain. With more than 600km of interconnected slopes and 120km of cross-country skiing, the Three Valleys is the largest ski domain in the world. Composed of three main villages, Méribel has very strict rules in term of new construction, which maintains the authentic architecture and the tradition in the resort.

The resort of Méribel was founded in 1938 by British skier Peter Lindsay, when he visited the town of Les Allues. He imagined how the area would be perfect for a ski resort. The development of the area continued to create five villages. Les Allues (1,100m in altitude) is the original site of the Méribel resort. The village is filled with Savoyard chalets and refurbished barns along narrow streets. Méribel-Village sits at 1,400m in altitude and has been growing in size and importance since the 1990s.
