Discover this new intimate collection of two chalet-style buildings, split into just ten apartments for sale in the heart of Méribel. Benefiting from views over the valleys and close to all amenities, these family apartments also have a private shuttle bus service for the residence going to the best pistes of Méribel in just a few minutes. The location of this residence is what makes it so exciting. The apartments' dominant, elevated position means they boast unobstructed, panoramic views of the valley that you will be able to enjoy from the terraces and balconies that the residence offers.

The ski lifts are just 150 metres from the property, thanks to a new escalator which will be constructed right outside the property. This Escalator will also make it even easier to access all of the amenities of the village centre.

Built by a well-known developer in the French Alps, the apartments for sale range from three to five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and are perfect for families (148-238 sqm), with some even benefiting from private spa areas. The apartments will be delivered with fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, and it will be possible to tailor the interior design of these before completion. Each apartment also includes south-facing exterior space, a covered parking space and a ski locker.

New-build properties are rare in the village and it is expected that the real estate market will only be populated with resales and renovations in the near future since it has steadily grown over the years and space is becoming scarce. With real estate prices in Méribel for similar properties in the resort sometimes reaching up to €30,000 per sqm, especially in the highest parts, this new-build project with panoramic views and close to the village is competitively priced, averaging just €13,300 per sqm.

Located in the Three Valleys, the world-famous resort of Méribel is located in the centre of the ski domain. With more than 600km of interconnected slopes and 120km of cross-country skiing, the Three Valleys is the largest ski domain in the world. Composed of three main villages, Méribel has very strict rules in term of new construction, which maintains the authentic architecture and the tradition in the resort.

The resort of Méribel was founded in 1938 by British skier Peter Lindsay, when he visited the town of Les Allues. He imagined how the area would be perfect for a ski resort. The development of the area continued to create five villages. Les Allues (1,100m in altitude) is the original site of the Méribel resort. The village is filled with Savoyard chalets and refurbished barns along narrow streets. Méribel-Village sits at 1,400m in altitude and has been growing in size and importance since the 1990s.
