PURE International are delighted to launch the brand new ADEA Chalets for sale in the charming Austrian village of Fieberbrunn. This new collection of just four detached chalets will form part of the new ADEA Lifestyle Suites due for completion in December 2023.

The three bedroom chalets are spread over two floors and all have private saunas and fireplaces. The west-facing balconies have views up the mountain and towards the piste. There is just one 4-bedroom chalet for sale - also with private sauna and fireplace. This beautiful chalet is surrounded by gardens and has direct access out onto the piste.

The resort has full permission for touristic use and offers professional on site rental management service. The resort will be managed with ‘rental pool’ system with owner’s sharing the profit after a 25% rental management charge.

In accordance with local Austrian regulations all owners need to rent out their chalet, which in turn allows them to reclaim the VAT on the purchase price and just pay the net prices stated. Prices include all furniture, parking and a private ski locker.
